Pricing
Fixed prices, written down
No “contact us for pricing.” No per-seat math that grows every time you hire. The ladder runs free assessment → a la carte services → blueprint → build → concierge or care plan. Each step is priced before it begins, and you can stop after any of them.

Assessment
Free
no charge · 45-minute call + written prescription
The prescription. A 45-minute call and a written report: which AI tools earn their keep in your shop, a four-day plan, and the return in dollars.
- 45-minute workflow walkthrough with the owner
- The prescription: 3–7 tools by name, with monthly costs and a four-day quick-start plan
- The arithmetic: hours saved × your rate − tool costs = monthly return
- Data-sensitivity flags, and each big project priced as subscription vs. owned
Free, no obligation. The report is yours either way. Full detail on the assessment page.
Blueprint
$1,500
flat, one time · money-back guarantee
The paid intake engagement. A structured discovery meeting plus a written implementation plan with a fixed-price quote.
- Two-hour discovery meeting (in person in the Midwest, video nationally)
- Workflow map, and the 2–3 agent use cases with the clearest return, sized in hours and dollars
- Data-sensitivity audit (HIPAA, privilege, financial obligations)
- Hardware spec and a fixed-price implementation quote
Credited in full toward your implementation if you proceed. Guaranteed: if you’re not satisfied with your blueprint, you get your money back and you keep the document. If we conclude agents aren’t a fit for you yet, the blueprint says so.
Implementation
$4,500–$28,000
fixed price set in your blueprint · by setup
The build, in the setup that fits: fully cloud, hybrid, or fully local. Your agents, your integrations, your training, and a two-week supervised launch, every tier.
- The Outpost, $4,500–$8,000: fully cloud on a dedicated Orgo computer. Hosting passes through at cost. Move-home path included.
- The Frontier, $9,000–$18,000: Start9 server in your building, hardware included. Cloud models for heavy reasoning, local models for what the box carries.
- The Homestead, $14,000–$28,000: full personal data center with NVIDIA or Apple GPU hardware included. Complete local AI, cloud optional.
- Every tier: 2–4 agents built to your blueprint, connected to your phone, email, calendar, invoicing, and CRM. Staff training, two-week supervised launch, and the always-on caretaker included.
- On-site install in NE, IA, KS, MO, SD (guided remote elsewhere), operations binder, and a signed statement that the stack and data are yours
Where a tier’s range lands depends on agent count, integrations, and hardware size. The price in your blueprint is the price on your invoice. Full tier detail is on the setups page.
Care Plans
$450 / $850 / $1,500
per month, flat · cancel with 30 days’ notice

- Basic, $450/mo: security patches, model updates, monitoring, and fixes for anything the agents get wrong. Email support, two business days.
- Standard, $850/mo: everything in Basic, plus one new workflow or agent adjustment each month and next-business-day support.
- Full, $1,500/mo: everything in Standard, plus same-day support, priority new workflows, and an on-site visit each quarter (Midwest radius).
- All tiers: quarterly one-page business review with real numbers from your audit log.
If you cancel, your system keeps running. You own it. You just stop getting updates from us.

The honest FAQ
Assessment or blueprint: which do I start with?
Start with the free assessment: a 45-minute call and a written prescription of which AI tools fit your shop, no charge and no obligation. When you decide to build, the $1,500 blueprint maps your workflows, audits your data obligations, and fixes the build price in writing. It’s credited in full toward the build, with a money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
For some things, you should — a $20 subscription is great for drafting a job post. But ChatGPT can’t answer your phone at 7 a.m., watch your receivables, or fill your intake packets. And everything you paste into it leaves your building and lands on someone else’s computer, governed by terms you didn’t write and that can change. If your business handles patient records, client files, or other people’s financials, that’s not a detail. We install agents that do specific jobs, connected to your actual tools, on hardware you own.
What does it cost to run month to month?
Depends on the setup. An Outpost pays hosting (roughly $50–$250/month to Orgo, passed through at cost) plus metered model APIs. A Frontier pays electricity (order of $15–$30 a month at typical Midwest rates) plus smaller API usage. A Homestead pays mostly electricity, roughly double the hub alone with a GPU under regular load, with cloud spend at zero unless you choose it. Every tier adds its care plan. Unlike per-seat cloud pricing, none of it changes when you hire your eleventh employee.
Can we start in the cloud and move home later?
Yes. That’s the move-home path, and it’s part of the Outpost’s design, not an afterthought. Your agents, their memory, and your data are built portable from day one. When you’re ready, we install the hardware (Start9 or Apple, GPU if you want it), migrate the stack on a scheduled day, and shut the rented machine down. It’s a hardware install plus a migration day. Not a rebuild, and not a second implementation fee at full price. Your blueprint states the move cost up front.
Will this replace my staff?
No, and we won’t sell it to you that way. The agents take the interruptions: the phone during a procedure, the fourth reminder email, the intake packet chase. The people you already can’t hire enough of get to do the work only people can do. Owners typically buy back staff hours, not staff.
Is there a contract lock-in?
The implementation is a fixed-price project with a defined end. Care plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice. There is nothing to lock you in, because the system doesn’t stop working when you stop paying us. That’s the whole point of owning it.
