Privacy policy

If you submit the intake form, we receive what you typed: your name, business name, location, team size, what you told us about your work, and how to reach you. If you sign up for The Owner’s Brief, we receive your email address. That is the complete list.

This site sets no advertising trackers and no social-media pixels, and it does not use Google Analytics. If we enable analytics at all, it will be a privacy-respecting counter (Plausible or umami) that records aggregate page views without cookies or personal identifiers.

Our web host (Vercel) generates standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run the service. We don’t use them to identify visitors.

Form submissions are used to respond to you and, if we work together, to prepare for your assessment or intake meeting. Newsletter addresses are used to send the newsletter.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run advertising. We share information only with the services that deliver it to us (our form-handling and email provider) and when the law requires it.

Inquiries are kept while we correspond and for a reasonable business-records period afterward. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe (every issue includes a working unsubscribe link) or until you ask us to delete you, which we will do promptly.

Email intake@freeholdagents.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. There is no account, no login, and no profile to manage, because we didn’t build any.

This policy covers the website. When we build systems for clients, the arrangement is governed by a written contract that states plainly: the hardware, the models, and the data belong to the client. We hold the minimum access needed to maintain the system, it is documented in the client’s operations binder, and it ends when the client says so.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and the substance will stay consistent with the sentence this site is built on: your data is yours.
